Deposit

Your order date becomes reserved only when the 50% NONREFUNDABLE retainer deposit is received. ALL ORDERS REQUIRE A PREPAYMENT. No exceptions. If the order is placed 1 week or less in advance, payment is due in FULL upon booking. After deposit has been paid, any changes to the order are not guaranteed and may result in an additional fee. 

Rush Order fee of $25 will be applied to ANY order requested within 48 hours of event. No exceptions. 

Cancellation

No refund given credit toward next order or business gift card issued.

Late Policy

Orders will be available at agreed upon time and as a courtesy for 30 minutes thereafter in case a client is running late. Orders not picked up within this timeframe, may opt to pay $10 per hour for every hour past the agreed upon time if my schedule permits it. This fee will not be prorated. 

Delivery Policy

Delivery $5 additional within 10 miles, $15 additional within 20 miles, or we can arrange meeting place 24 hours prior to pick up.
